Water boredom...? Try these approaches to keep you hydrated.
Did you know if you drank 500 mls of water when rising, 500mls of water, before training, 500 mls 2 hours before bed and drank one cup every hour in between, you would get in over 4 litre of water a day!
To continually stay hydrated I set a reminder bell on my phone that goes off every hour.
