Meet The Team

  • 4 cups Cauliflower - cut into large florets

  • 2 tsps Olive oil

  • Salt - To Taste

Game Plan

  1. Core and cut into florets.

  2. Toss with olive oil to coat.

  3. Sprinkle with a generous amount of salt or to taste.

  4. Roast at 230ºC until tender and browned, about 25-30 minutes.

  5. Serve with extra virgin olive oil for a drizzle.
