Berry & Oats


Meet the Team:

  • 2 Handfuls spinach

  • 1/3 pack serve Oob frozen organic berries

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 serving of vanilla Protein

  • 1/4 Cup of Oats

  • 2tbsp aloe vera juice

  • Mint


Blend all ingredients in a blender add more water as required


Protein & Chia Seeds


Meet the Team:

  • 1 cup of Almond Milk

  • 1 serve Protein Powder

  • 2 tbsp Black Chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

  • Ice


Blend all the ingredients in a blender


Chocolate Protein Power


Meet the Team:

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 1/4 cup Almonds

  • 2 tbsp Black Chia Seeds

  • 1 cup Water

  • 1 serving of Chocolate Protein Powder
