Vegan Waffles





Breakfast Waffles


Meet The Team 1⁄4 cup chia seeds soaked in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes 4 cups of plant-based milk 2 cups gluten-free oats 2 cups buckwheat flour 2 cups millet flour 1 tsp salt 1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp aluminium-free baking powder

DIRECTIONS: 1) Blend the chia seed mixture, milk, and oats in a Vitamix or blender. 2) Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. 3) Add the wet mixture to the dry and bake in a waffle maker for 9 minutes. 4) Cool on the rack and enjoy or freeze.
